Price Match Policy
Last updated: September 2026
Find the same blind advertised for less somewhere else and we'll match the price. To keep that fair for everyone, the comparison has to be genuinely like-for-like. Here is exactly what qualifies.
The product must be identical
The competing item has to be the same in every respect that affects what it costs to build:
- same product type (for example, a blackout roller shade compared to a blackout roller shade);
- same finished size;
- same material and opacity;
- same control type — cordless, corded, motorized, top-down/bottom-up;
- same mount — inside or outside.
A stock-size shade, a lighter fabric, or a manual version of a motorized shade is not an identical product.
The seller must be an authorized US retailer
The competitor must be an authorized retailer selling into the United States, with the item currently advertised and available to order at the price you're citing. Sold-out listings, expired promotions and pre-order pages don't qualify.
Pricing we can't match
- clearance, closeout and liquidation pricing;
- auction, marketplace-reseller and second-hand listings;
- membership-only or wholesale-account pricing;
- employee, trade or friends-and-family discounts;
- bundle or multi-room package pricing where the item has no standalone price;
- pricing errors and typographical mistakes on the competitor's site.
What to send us
A written quote or a screenshot that clearly shows the retailer, the configured product, the options selected and the price. We compare total delivered cost — the competitor's price plus their shipping and any handling or surcharge, against our price, which already includes free shipping in the US. Taxes are excluded from both sides.
When to claim
Send a claim before you buy, and we'll adjust your quote. If you've already ordered, we accept claims within 14 days of your order date and refund the difference to your original payment method.

Verification
Southpaw Blinds reserves the right to verify any competing offer, to limit matches to a reasonable quantity per household, and to decline a claim where the comparison isn't like-for-like or the offer can't be confirmed. This policy may change at any time; the version in effect is the one published on this page at the time of your claim.
